Microsatellite instability in multiple primary colorectal cancers

Objective To study the changeable patterns of microsallite instability(MSI)in multiple primary colorectal carcinomas and solitary colorectal tumors. Methods MSI at five microsatellite loci were examined by PCR-SSLP method in 51 tumors from 38 patients with multiple primary colorectal cancers and 35 solitary colorectal tumors.
