Analysis of stoma fistula of rectal cancer after TME of 29 cases

Objective To explore the reason.treatment and prevention of Stoma fistula of rectum after TME(total mesorectal excision). Methods TO Analyze 254 cases which were treated by TME whose anastomose fistula were put out of peritoneum retrospectively. Results Among 254 cases there are 29 cases had stoma fistula,the rate is 11.4%. and they have been recovered through conserve treatment such as local stapling and taking food.
