Effects of Postoperative Radiotherapy on the Prognosis of Endometrial Carcinoma

  • Objective To study prognostic factors of endometrial carcinoma. Methods To observe the 5 year survival of 247 cases with endometrial carcinoma treated surgically. Results The total 5 year survival is 74.9%.It's 88.5%,84.1%,45.9% and 36.4% for stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ?Ⅲ and Ⅳ endometrial carcinoma.The 5 year survival for low and high risk stage I A and I B endometrial carcinoma patients is 92.6% and 2/2,93.5% and 73.3% separately.
