Treatment of Metastatic Bone with Stron tium-89 in 11 Cases

Objective To treat the clinic value of strontium 89 therpy in metastatic bone patients. Methods 11 patients were confirmed metastatic bone were performed by 4mCi Strontium 89 therpy, and followed up 3 months or 1 year. Results 72.8% of patients had a positive response, with complete response 45.5%(5/11),and partial response 27.3%(3/11).The effective period following treatment was very fast and response was very long .The blood to xity is not serious .
