Effect of Cell Cycle in Hela Cells to Apoptos is Induced by Tumor Necrosis Factor

Objective To study effect of cell cycle in Hela cells to apoptosis induced by tumor necrosis factor. Methods Hela cells was arrested by cell cycle blocking drug TdR.Hela cells in arresting and cycling were treated with tumor necrosis factor.Cell apoptosis was evaluated by MTT assay,flow cytometry and fluorescent staining.
