Preoperative Interventional Therapy of Intermediate and Advanced Breast Cancer

Objective To investigate the useless of TAI on breast cancer before the operation. Methods 15 patients of breast cancer confirmed by pathology,in all of them the interventional therapy was performed by using Seldinger' s technique,catheterial head was ultraselectly sent into tumor s feeding artery,chemotherapic protocol was 2 or 3 combination of cisplatinum,adriamycin,5-Fu,Mitoxantrone,pirarubicill.If necessary,gelform can be used for the embolization.
