Comparative study of gemcitabine plus cisplatin and FLEP regimen in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer

Objective To compare the efficacy and toxicity of gemcitabine plus cisplatin and FLEP(5-fluorouracil,epirubicin and cisplatin) regimen for advanced pancreatic cancer. Methods The clinical data of 40 case with advanced pancreatic cancer treated with GP(20 cases ) and FLEP (20 cases) regimen were analysed .
