Studying the Expression of PTEN and Its CpG Island Methylation Status in Gastric Carcinoma Cells

Objective To detect hypermethylation status of the 5' CpG island locating in the promoter region of PTEN gene and the expression level of their mRNA and protein in 4 gastric carcinoma cells.
