The Expression of DMBT1 Gene in Primary Lung Cancer

Objective To detect the relationship between the expression of DMBT1 gene in lung cancer tissues and the clinicopathologic characteristics of the patients with primary lung cancer. Methods The expression of DMBT1 gene was detected by Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction(RT-PCR) in 37 primary lung cancer tissue samples.
