  • Objective To study the correlation between CD8 +/CD28 + cell and APO expression level in malignant tumor tissue on patients with malignant tumor. Methods CD8 +/CD28 + cells and APO cells percentage were measured in malignant tumor tissue from 190 patients with malignant tumor by flow cytometry. The correlation was analyzed between CD8 +/CD28 + cells and APO percentage.
