Abstract
Objective To study the effect of combined slow2released fluorouracil's granule and generalized chemotherapy on survival rate and side2effect in patient s with gast ric cancer. Methods Thrity2six cases of radical gast rectomy were divided two groups2generalized chemotherapy group ( Ggen, LV100 mg/ m2 + 52 Fu 500 mg·m- 2 and combined chemotherapy group ( Gcom, slow2released 52Fu granule was used in opera2 tion and LV100 mg/ m2 + 52Fu 500 mg·m- 2 . Survival rate and survival rate with no tumor in both groups was analyzed. Living quality and side2effect s of during chemotherapy were observed meanwhile. Results Both survival rate and survival rate with no tumor were higher in Gcom than in Ggen ( P < 0. 01) . Higher living quality and lower side2effect in Gcom than those in Ggenwere observed too ( P < 0. 01 and P < 0. 05) . Conclusion The use of slow2released fluorouracil's granule can reduce the dose of fluorouracil used by ve2 na, then reduce the side2effect s, and rehance living quality and the t reat effect .
