United detection of tumor markers in patients with ovarian cancer with protein chip

Objective In view of united detection of tumor markers such as CA125?CEA?CA153 and CA242 in patients with ovarian cancer with protein chip. Methods The serum samples were incubated with protein chip at 37℃for 30min, then incubated with reaction solution and detection solution.
