Study on the Expression of P-selectin and nm23 Gene Protein in Gastric Cancer and Their Correlation with Tumor Metastasis

Objective To study the expression of P-selectin and nm23 gene protein in gastric cancar and their relation with metastasis. Methods Using immunohistochemistry technique,we have observed the expression of P-selectin and nm23 gene protein in 57 cases of gastric cancer and 15cases of normal stomach tissue.
