3D DCE MRA in the Diagnosis of Renal Neoplasm

Abstract

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the usefulness of 3D DCE MRA in the diagnosis of renal neoplasm. Methods 3D DCE MRA was performed on 23 patients with renal neoplasm. Comparison with surgical findings and DSA was made. Results 3D DCE MRA clearly showed vascular anatomy. It had advantages regarding demonstration of extravascular lesions. Conclusion 3D DCE MRA is a reliable noninvasive imaging diagnostic method.
