Expression of survivin in Cervical Carcinomas and Its Clinical Significance

Objective To study the expression of a inhibitor gene of apoptosis,survivin,in cervical carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods Using immunohistochemical method,we examined the expression of survivin and cyclinB1 in 18 normal cervical tissues and 56 cervical carcinomas and analyzed the relationship of the results.
