  • Objective To study the effect of X-irradiation on hMSH2 expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) CNE-1 cells, and explore mechanisms of DNA mismatch repair after irradiation. Methods Control and experimental cells were irradiated with 0Gy and 10Gy respectively,and hMSH2 expression was tested by RT-PCR, immunocytochemistry and Western blot.
