  • Objective To study the expression of eukaryotic initiation factor 4E (eIF4E) and cyclin D1 in gastric carcinoma and its clinical significance, to evaluate the relationship between eIF4E and cyclin D1. Methods The expressions of eIF4E and cyclin D1 were detected in 91 cases of gastric carcinoma and 30 cases of normal gastric tissue by immunohistochemical method.
