Oxaliplatin in Combination with Leucovorin and 5-Fluorouracil for Advanced Gastric Cancer

Objective To evaluate the effects and adverse reactions of oxaliplatin(OXA) in combination with leucovorin (CF)and 5-fluorouracil(5-Fu) regimen for patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods OXA 130mg/m 2 iv 3h d1,CF 200 mg iv 2h followed by 5-Fu 500mg iv plus 5-Fu 2.4 g/m 2 continuous infusion 46 hours, repeated every 3 weeks.
