Dynamic Change of Erythrocyte Glutathione Reductase Active Coefficient(EGRAC) Result from Riboflavin-fortified Salt Intervention Test in Yanting

  • Objective Riboflavin-fortified salt was supplemented in the dietary for residents in Yanting area in order to monitor the improvement of riboflavin. Methods 150mg riboflavin was supplemented per kilogram of table salt in the test group,while the common salt was used in the control group. Thirty thousand residents were included in both groups.
