  • Objective To investigate the expressions of CYP1A1 genetic polymorphisms in endometriosis, and to study the relationship between them. Methods CYP1A1 genetic polymorphisms were detected with method of Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in 17 cases of endometriosis patents. Results The frequency of CYP1A1 I/I is 0.1176, and CYP1A1 V/V is 0.1765, then, CYP1A1 I/V is 0.7059. The frequency of CYP1A1 including no less then one Val gene mutation(I/V+V/V) is 0.8824.
