肺癌细胞DNA含量的流式分析

FLOW CYTOMETRY OF CEIIUIAR DNA CGNNENT OF LUNG CANCER

  • 摘要: 应用流式细胞计对35例肺癌细胞DNA指数(DNAIndex.DI.)进行了分析,并研究了DNA指数与肺癌的组织学特征、临床分期和予后之间的关系。结果表明,二倍体肿瘤占14.3%,非整倍体和多倍体肿瘤占85.7%。DNA指数和组织学分级具有很好的相关性,Ⅰ级分化的肿瘤(DI1.13±0.35)和Ⅱ、Ⅲ级(DI1.54±0.57)DNA指数具有明显差异(P<;0.01、P<;0.005)。虽然Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级分化的肿瘤DNA指数在统计学上没有明显差异,但它们的DNA指数的均值也有明显差异。随着肿瘤分期的升级,DNA指数也是增加的。随访已够3年的9例病人,7例为二倍体或近二倍体肿瘤,2例为非整倍体肿瘤。

     

    Abstract: The cellular DNA index(DI) of 35 cases of lung cancer were analysed by flow cytometry. The relationship between DI and histological features,clinical staging and prognosis were studied. The results shown that 85.7%of hatiemts had aneuploid with histologcal grading of lung cancer. DIoanrn of grade I differentiated tumour(DI1.13+0.35)copared with II(DI1.54+0.44)and III grades(DI1.86+0.57)had significant differences (p<0.01,p<0.005).Though DI is also increased. Nine of 35 cases were followed up in 3 year, 7cases were diploid/near diploid tumours, 2 cases were aneuploid tumou-sr.
