  • 摘要: 本工作以体外短期培养的人胃粘膜上皮细胞为材料,采用羟灰石柱层析及液体闪烁计数的方法,分析了49例福建省胃癌高发区及17例胃癌低发区人群胃粘膜上皮细胞DNA修复能力,发现胃癌高发区人群组胃粘膜上皮细胞DNA修复能力显著低于低发区人群组。
