摘要: 本文讨论了56例原发性腹膜后巨大肿瘤的临床表现、辅助检查、手术操作原则及应急措施。认为彻底切除原发肿瘤和受累组织器官是提高生存率的主要因素。Abstract: Clinical manifestations, auxiliary examinations, operating principles of surgical operation and emergency meaures of fifty-six patients of premary retroperitoneal giant tumor were discussed. We thought that thorough removal of the primary tumors and involved tissues or organs is a main factor of raising survial rates.
