延边地区1517例胃癌的人群分布与地区分布

THE DISTRIBUTION OF COHORT AND DISTRICT OF GASTRIC MALIG NANCY IN YANBIAN:ANALYSIS OF 1517 CASES

摘要: 延边地区1963—1987年间,病理诊断胃癌1517例,多发年龄组为40—69岁组,平均年龄53.23,男性55.17,女性50.91,男女之比为2.56:1。本地区朝、汉两民族人口比例为40.32:57.4,而朝鲜族胃癌有905例、汉族有595例,朝鲜族胃癌多于汉族。延吉市、龙井县胃癌较多,朝鲜族聚居的地方,敦化县、汪清县胃癌较少,是汉族相对较多的地区。各型胃癌中低分化癌最多。

Abstract: From 1963-1987, 1517 patients (95 were Korean, 595 were Han) with gastric malignancy were proved by histopathology in Yanbian prefecture. This is an area where people of Korean and Han live in compact communities.The ratio of Korean and Han population is 40.32:57.4, the high frequency areas of this prefecture are Yanji City and Longjing County in where people of Korean Iived more than Han. The low frequency areas are Dunhua County and Wangqing County where Han more than Korean, and revealed the ratio of incidental cohort is Korean>Han. The age-range was 40-69 (mean age 53.23，male 55.17, female 50.91，m:f=2. 50:1，the most common pathological type is undifferential malignancy.
