血清r—谷氨酰转肽酶同工酶对AFP阴性肝癌的诊断价值

Serum y-Qilutamyl TranspepTidase Isoenzyma in the Diagnosis of Primary Liver Cancer With AFP Negative

摘要: 本文收集1984年9月至1988年6月在我院手术的AFP阴性肝癌及非肝癌肝占位性病变59例。术前用4～30％聚丙烯酰胺梯度凝胶电泳法测定其血清r—谷氨酰转肽酶同工酶。此同工酶的Ⅰ＇、Ⅱ、Ⅱ＇带为原发性肝癌特异性区带。AFP阴性肝癌出现特异性区带者占66.7％(22/33),转移性肝癌占10％(1/10)肝血管瘤等不出现特异性区带。结果表明r—谷氨酰转肽酶同工酶对AFP阴性肝癌的诊断有较大意义。

Abstract: The Serum y-glutamyl transpeptidase isoenzyme (y---GT isoenzyme) were assay- ed in 59 patients with Primary liver cancer or other Space-occupying lesions.The serum AFP concentration of all patients were less than 400ng/ml, Using 4~ 30% Polyacrylamide gradient gel electrophoresis, it was found that band I'、II'、III of y-GT isoenzyme were specific for primary liver cancer (PLC).One or more specific bands were presented in 66,7% of the patients with PLC, in62,5% of thePatients.with small PLC, No Specific bands were presented i.n patients with benign liner lesion,we concluded that y-GT isoensyme may be a specific tumor markern of PLC.
