654-2升高外周血白细胞的临床研究

A CLINICAL STUDY ON RAISIRIG PERIPHERAL LEUCOCYTES WITH 654-2

摘要: 本文报告了国内未见报导过的恶性肿瘤化疗过程中外周血白细胞<4.0×10~9_θ/L31例次经服常用升白药无效后静滴654—2的疗效.其中显效17例次（54.83%），有效5例次（16.12%），无效9例次（29.03%）。且对药物的作用机制作了探讨。认为该疗法为解决肿瘤治疗过程中的白细胞下降开辟了一个新的途径.本疗法副反应轻微。

Abstract: Thirty-one episodes from peripheral leucocytcs less than 4.0X10_θ/L during chemotherapT of malignant neoplasmata were treated with a54-2 .The results show that curative effective was 17 (54.83%) and effecfive was 5 (16.12%). Thepharmacological mechanism of 654-2 was discussed. The method provided a new way for recovering hypoleucocytosis.
