摘要: 本文收集了我院1987年至1992间有临床表现而CT扫描阴性，又综合其它检查确诊的21例颅内转移瘤。通过分析CT扫描阴性的原因，评价CT对颅内转移瘤的诊断价值，总结诊断颅内转移瘤的教训和体会。

Abstract: This paper collected the intracranial metastatic tumor of 21 cases with clinical manifestation and CT scanning negative which were confirmatively diagnosed by other examinations. The cause of CT scanning negative was analyzed and the CT diagnostic value in intracranial metastatic tumor was e-valuated and the diagnostic experience was summarized.
