摘要: 本文报告椎管内囊肿7例，占同期椎管内肿瘤的3.5%。介绍1例同时位于硬脊膜外与硬脊膜下累及14个节段的巨大蛛网膜囊肿。对椎管内囊肿的诊断与治疗进行讨论。

Abstract: This paper reported 7 caces of the cysts of intraspinal tube, account for 3.5 per cent the tumors of intraspinal tube in the during. It introduced a cace that Very large arachnoid eyst is located in extradura and intradura to involve 14 segment of spinal cord. This paper discussed the diagnosis and treatment of the cyst of spical tube.
