组织胺及其受体拮抗剂对Lewis肺癌生长和转移的作用研究

The effects of histamine and its receptor antagonists on the growth and metastasis of transplanted Lewis lung cancinoma in C₅₇ BL/6mice

摘要: 本文观察了组织胺(Ht)及其受体拮抗剂西米替丁(Cim)、美吡拉明(Mep)对小鼠Lewis肺癌(LLC)的生长和转移有明显的影响,结果发现,Ht和Cim对LLC的生长和转移有明显的抑制作用,且联合Ht和Cim用药,这种抑制作用明显加强.而Mep对小鼠LLC的生长和转移均有一定的促进作用;从而表明Ht的抗肿瘤效应主要是通过H₁受体的作用实现的.

Abstract: Department of Urology, the First Hospital of Hubei Medical College The aim of this work was to study the effects of histamine and its receptor antagonists on the growth and metastasis of transplanted Lewis lung cancinoma(LLC) and the mechanisms were involved. The results are as follow: Both histamine and cimetidine demonstrated an inhibitory effect on the growth and metastasis of transplanted LLC as represented by retatding the initiation of innocoulated LLC, Lowering tumor size and tumour weight, decreasing pulmonary metastatic foci and showing a trend to lower the incidence of metastasis.Treat with histamine and cimetidine gave better results than histamine or cimetidine alone. In contrast,Mepyrmine showed stimulating effect on the growth and metastasis of transplanted LLC Theae results suggest that the anti-tumour mechanism of histamine was due to the effect of H₁-receptor
