Abstract: Abstract This is a report about the clinicpathologic study of 9 cases of angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia. Six cases of these were female and 3 male. All of these occured on or around ear excepted in one case In two cases there were multiple lesions, in the rest there were solitary lesions All of the lesions located in the skin or subderma, Microscopically, all of the lesions had essentially the same histologic pattern. A characteristic feature of the lesion was vascular proliteration intermixed with inflammatory cells infiltration. The vascular proliferation was composed of both mature vessels and immature vessels with the proliferation of endothelial cells. The imflammatory cells included eosinophils, lymphocytes and so on The lymphocytes can form the lymphoid follicles According to the study of these cases, the microscopic feature seems to relate the course of disease.
