抗癌中成药平消片加放射治疗食管癌106例随机分析

Radiotherapy combined with cooperative ping xiao piece in the treatment of esophageal cancer

摘要: 1985年至1988年收治食管癌106例,随机分为两组,放射加平消片组53例,单纯放疗组53例.两组外照射剂量为65~70Gy.平消片口服,每次6片,一日三次,与放射治疗同时进行.放疗加平消片组随访率为94.3%,1、3、5年生存率分别为49.0%,32.1%和18.9%,单纯放射组随访率为92.4%,1、3、5年生存率分别为39.6%,17.0%和9.4%,两组经统计学处理有显著差异(P<0.05).

Abstract: patients with esophageal cancer were randomized into two groups from 1985 to 1988. of whom, 53 patients were treated by radiation plas ping xiao piece (Group 1) and the other 53 patients by radiation alone (Group 2). Tumor dose of 65～70Gy Was given to Group 1 and Group 2. By mouth, 6 Piece each time, threr times daily, It be used with along the radiotherapy in group 1.The 5-year follow up rate was 94. 3% in group 1 and 92. 4% in group 2. The 1-, 5, 5-year survival rate was 49. 0%, 32. 1 % and 18. 9% in group 1, 39. 6%, 17. 0% and 9. 4% in group 2 (P 0. 05), respectively.
