Abstract: Abstract The star cell tumor of pilocytic astroeytoma of cerebellum is very few in clinic. The reports in our country is few alse. The Symptoms are headache, nausea, vomiting, lose the sight, staggering,this is high pressure in cranial cavity. The tumor usually located in vermis of cerebllum, mid-brain,furth carnfal cavity, specimen has cyst change.
