80例晚期胃癌联合化疗疗效观察

An Observation on Therapeutic effectiveness of Combined Chemotherapy in 80 Advanced Cases of Carcinoma of Stomach

摘要: 本文对80例晚期胃癌应用4个化疗方案的疗效进行了评价。FAM、FOM、MLF、EAP方案的有效率分别为55%、45%、45%和55%,4个方案的疗效之间无太大差别，中位生存期分别为5.8、5.6、6.7个月。副作用主要为恶心、呕吐、血细胞和血小板下降、脱发。但无因副作用而终止治疗者。

Abstract: 80 cases of advanced gastric cancer treated in accordance with the four chemotherapeutic plans,FAM、FOM、WIF and EAP,were evaluated,and no statistical significance was suggested,with the effective rate respectively being 45% and 55%,45%,and 55%.The median survival period for each group was respectively 5.8,5.6,5.2 and 6.7 months.The major side effects were nausea cytopenia,thrombopenia and alopecia,while none of the cases was vomiting,panforced to quit the treatment due to the case effects.
