Effect of low ionizing radiation on tumor metastasis and immune function of mice

  • 摘要: C57BL/6,小鼠眼静脉注射B16黑色素瘤细胞24小时后,进行75mGyX线全身一次照射,结果显示,照射后小鼠的肺转移结节数明显低于对照组。机体免疫功能比对照组明显增强。

     

    Abstract: C57BL/6 mice were injected with B16 melanoma cells by eye's vein. After 24hours, these mice were irradiated with 75mGy X-ravs. The whole-body irradiation to mice caused a decrease of metastasis nudules in the lung. At the same time, the immune function in normal and tumor-bearing mice was also defected, it showed that immune function of irradiation group was enhanced than that of control group.
