  • 摘要: 本实验研究观察了盐藻提取物(EDS)对小鼠抗肿瘤免疫的影响。结果显示,高和中剂量的EDS能显著地(P<0.05)提高正常和荷瘤小鼠的脾细胞对ConA反应的增殖活性及腹腔巨噬细胞产生肿瘤坏死因子活性。此外,EDS还能减少Lewis肺癌肺转移灶数。这些发现提示,口服EDS的抗肿瘤作用可能是通过增强机体抗肿瘤免疫而实现的。

     

    Abstract: The effects of Dunaliella salina (EDS) on tumor immunity were observed in mice.The results revealed that in high and medium doses of EDS significantly (P<0.05)enhanced proliferative response to Con A of spleen cells and tumor necrosis factor activity produced by peritoneal macrophage not only in normal mice,but also in tumor-bearing mice.In addition,EDS could markedly reduce spontaneous pulmonary metastases of Lewis lung carcinoma (P<0.05)compared to the control group.These findings suggested that antitumor action by oral administration of EDS may be due to improving antitumor immunity.
