胃平滑肌肉瘤8例

Leiomyosarcoma of Stomach .A Report of cases

摘要: 胃平滑肌肉瘤少见。我院于1981～1991年间手术治疗经病理确诊胃平滑肌肉瘤8例。男性3例；女性5例，年龄36～73岁。最常见症状为腹部肿块及消化道出血。术前仅确诊2例。8例中作胃根治术3例，胃大部切除4例，楔形切除1例，切除率为100%。5年生存率50%（4／8）。现结合文献就该病的诊断和治疗进行讨论。

Abstract: From 1981 to 1991 Cases of Leiomyosarcoma were treated surgically.There were 3 males and 5 females.Age of the patients ranged from 36 to 73 years·abdom- final mass and upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were the most common signs·The diagnosis were confirmed in 2 patients before operation.6 patients were diagnosed erroneously to be cases.Resection gastric cancer 2 cases cardiac cancer 1 case.benign leiomyoma 3 rate was 100%<8/8).The-year surival rate was 30%(4/8).
