Abstract: From 1975 to 1995, 13 Patients with olfactory neuroblastoma were treated Surgically and radiotherapily in Jiang Shu Cancer Hospital.According to Kadish's Staging System, 1 case of stage A, 4 Stage B, 8 stage C, 5 cases survive over 5 years, and 5 died.Immunohistology can increase diagnostic accuracy.Surgery and radiotherapy were major treatment.Early accuratic diagnosis and aggressive combination treatment are the key to increasing survival rate of the disease.
