应用EPB方案治疗复发性非何杰金氏淋巴瘤的疗效观察

EPB Treatment of Recurrent non-Hodgking's Lymphoma

摘要: 本文报告应用EPB方案，即足叶乙甙，顺铂、平阳霉素治疗24例Ⅲ、Ⅳ期复发性非何杰金氏淋巴瘤。所有病例经病理组织学证实。中度恶性10例，高度恶性14例。全组总缓解率75%，其中完全缓解率25%(6例)，部分缓解率50%(12例)。毒性反应主要为白细胞减少和消化道反应。大部分病人均能耐受，无致死性毒副反应发生。

Abstract: 24 cases of stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ recurrent Non-Hodgkdin's Lynphoma, all histoglogilly proved, were treated with a combination of Vp-16, DDP and BLM-A5.10 Cases were intermediate grade, 14 cases were high grade Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma according to the working formulation.The results showed that the total response rate of whole gooup was 75%(CR 25%, PR 50%).Side effects include leucopenia and gastrointestinal reaction, no fatal toxicity was encountered.
