摘要: 本科从1996年3月至1997年5月对估计化疗后会出现严重骨髓抑制的“高危”患者化疗后48小时起应用Gran能防治化疗后中性粒细胞减少症,150μg/天较75μg/天疗效更好,而且并不增加Gran的副作用和患者的总费用.Abstract: From 1996.3 to 1997.5,Forty patients who will show bone marrow inhibition after chemotherapy use Gran from 48 hours postchemotherapy.The res-ults show that it can prevent and treat the neutrocytopenia postchemotherapy,The effects that used Gran 150μg/day is better and show it does-n't increace the side effect of Gran,it doesn't increuse the patient's total expenses.
