  • 摘要: 本文报告用免疫组化(ABC)方法检测28例前列腺癌和26例前列腺增生组织中免疫反应性转化性生长因子β2(TGF-β2)表达情况。结果表明:TGF-β2在前列腺癌和前列腺增生的基质均有表达,染色强度和染色范围相似。而在上皮部分,癌性上皮的染色强度和染色范围明显高于或大于前列腺增生的膝上皮的染色强度和染色范围,差异具有高度显著性意义(P<0.01)。4例正常前列腺未见上皮染色,而基质均有染色,但其染色强度和范围远小于腺癌组和增生组。上述发现提示TGF-β2对前列腺癌和前列腺增生的发生和发展具有重要的生物学作用。

     

    Abstract: Prostate tissue samples from patients with prostatic carcinoma (PC) and patientswith benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) were examined for the expression of transforming growth Factor-β2 (TGF-β2) using an immunohistochemical technique.All PC andBPH stroma showed positive staining and similar staining type.However, the staining ofTGF-β2 in the malignant epithelium of PC was significantly stronger and more extensivecompared with BPH, the differences were highly significant (P<0.01).Normal prostatetissue serving as controls showed no staining for TGF-β2 in epithelium in four cases.Stroma positive staining was noted in all four cases but was less extensive than that of PCon BPH.The findings suggest that TGF-β2 may be biologically important in the genesisand development of PC and BPH.
