榄香烯乳与高聚金葡素联合治疗恶性胸腔积液

The clinical study on the plan of Elemene Emulsion with Staphylococcal Enterotoxin to treat malignant effusion

摘要: 自1995年1月～1997年6月采用随机分组的方法，比较榄香烯乳加高聚金葡素（治疗组）与单纯高聚金葡素（对照组）治疗78例恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效。结果显示治疗组有效率87.18％，对照组有效率53.84％。两组差异非常显著（P＜0.01）。治疗组主要不良反应为食欲不振、胸痛、发热。

Abstract: 78 patients with malignant effusion were divided randomly into observed group andcontrol group from January, 1995 to June, 1997. Patients in observed group were treated with Elemene Emulsion combined with staphylococcal enterotoxin and patients incontrol group were treated with staphylococcal enterotoxin only. The result showed theeffective rate in observed group was 87.18% and 53.84 % in control group (P0.01).The main side effects of observed group were appetite loss,chest pain and fever.
