Curative Effect of Combination of DDP,PYM and Radiotherapy on Mid-and Advanced-Esophageal Carcinoma

摘要: 目的：探索顺铂、平阳霉素与放疗联合应用治疗中晚期食管癌的疗效。方法：对已确诊的住院中晚期食管癌病人随机分别为两组，即顺铂、平阳霉素加放疗组29例，单纯放疗组31例作对照研究，两组病例性别、年龄、病变部位、长度、远处转移情况及生活状况均有可比性。结果：化疗＋放疗组CR44.8％，总有效率86.2％，高于单纯放疗组CR32.2％，总有效率70.9％，（P＜0.05）。化疗＋放疗组1、2、3年生存率分为75.8％、48.3％、37.9％，高于单纯放疗组51.6％、29.0％、19.4％，两组比较差异有显著性（P＜0.05）。结论：化放组疗效明显优于单放组。

Abstract: Purpose: Curative effect of combination of chemotherapy (DDP+PYM) and radiotherapy on mid-and advancedesophageal carcinoma was studied. Method:Patients whowere diagnosed pathologically as esophageal carcinoma were divided randomly into twogroups. One group of patients (29 cases) received chemoradiotherapy. Another groupof patients (31 cases) received radiotherapy only. All about sex, age and living situationof patient, location and length of lesion and distant metastasis in two groups were comparable. Result: Group of Chemoradiotherapy (CR44.8%, total Effective Rate 86.2%)had higner curative effect than Group of Radiotherapy only (CR32.2%, total EffectiveRate (70.9%) P0.05. Survival Rates for 1、2and 3 years in Group of Chemoradiotherapy were 75.8%, 48.3% and 37.9% respectively which were much higher than thatin Group of Radiotherapy only (5l.6%, 29.0% and 19.4% respectively). P0.05. Conclusion : The curative effect of combination of chemtherapy and radiotherapy wasmuch better than that of radiotherapy only on esophageal carcionma.
