肿瘤坏死因子与丁硫氨酸亚砜胺协同抗卵巢癌作用的研究

The Synergistic Effect of Tumor Necrosis Factor andButhionone Sulfoximine on Ovarian Cancer

  • 摘要: 目的:研究肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)和不同浓度的丁硫氨酸亚砜胺(BSO)联合抗卵巢癌的作用。方法:用3AO、AO卵巢癌细胞株体外培养作为靶细胞,分别用TNF、BSO或联合作用于靶细胞,计算杀伤率。结果:单独应用TNF和BSO对3AO卵巢癌细胞无杀伤作用。用500u/ml的TNF对AO卵巢癌细胞的杀伤率为38.49%(P<0.05)。用50ug/ml BSO协同5000u/ml TNF可杀伤3AIO卵巢癌细胞45.9%(P<0.01)。对AO卵巢癌细胞的杀伤率为75.9%(P<0.01)。结论:联合应用明显优于单独应用。TNF与谷胱甘肽合成酶抑制剂BSO的联合应用为我们治疗卵巢癌开辟了一条联合非化疗药物的新途径。

     

    Abstract: Objective: To study synergistic effect of Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF) Combined with different concentration Buthionone Sulfoximine (BSO) on ovarian cancer Methods: 3AO and AO Ovarian neoplasms cell lines were used as target in vito.TNFBSO or TNF combined with BSO was utilized respectively to test killer ratio. Resuls: If different concentration BSO and TNF were used respectively,3AO Ovarian cancer cells couldn't be killed.The killer ratio against AO Ovarian cancer cells was 3849% (P005) with TNF(500/ml).The killer ratio against 3AO ovarian cancer cells was 459% (P001) with TNF (5000/ml) plus BSO (50g/ml) and 759% (P001) aginst AO. Conclution: Utilization of TNF combining with BSO is superior to that of respective TNF and BSO.
