氟脲脱氧核苷, 顺铂配合外照射治疗鼻咽癌的临床研究

Preliminary Study on Patients with Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Treated by Radiotherapy Combined with Fudr and Cisplatin

摘要: 目的　观察比较氟脲脱氧核苷 ( FUDR)或氟脲嘧啶 ( 5 - FU)联合顺铂 ( DDP)配合外照射治疗鼻咽癌的近期疗效和急性毒副反应。方法 46例期以上有颈部淋巴结转移病灶的鼻咽癌患者被随机分为 FUDR组和 5 - FU组。放疗前分别给予 FUDR1 0 0 0 mg/日, DDP2 0 mg/日或 5 -FU1 0 0 0 mg/日, DDP2 0 mg/日, 静脉滴注, 连续 5天。休息 3天后开始放疗, 两组放疗剂量和方法相同。结果两组患者的总有效率 ( CR+ PR)分别为 96% ( FUDR组 )和 91 % ( 5 - FU组 ), 无显著差异。重度口咽炎的发生率 FUDR组为 30 %, 5 - FU组为 65 % ( P<0 .0 5 ) .结论 FUDR加 DDP与 5 - FU加 DDP用于鼻咽癌诱导化疗相比较具有毒副作用小, 患者易耐受的优点。

Abstract: Objective To compare the response and side effects of FUDR plus DDP With 5-FU plus DDP fallowed by radiotherapy to treat patients with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
