nm23和TGFβ_1在人体非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其临床病理关系的探讨

A Discussion on the Expression of nm23 and TGF β_1 in Human Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer and Its Clinical and Pathological Correlation

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨转移抑制基因nm2 3及转化生长因子 β1基因在人非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)中的表达水平及其临床病理关系。方法 应用免疫组化方法对 83例人非小细胞肺癌组织中转移抑制基因nm2 3及转化生长因子 β1基因表达蛋白水平进行了研究。结果 nm2 3和TGFβ1表达水平与肺癌的TNM分期、细胞分化程度及肺癌的转移有密切关系 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 nm2 3、TGFβ1基因表达水平同时降低, 预示肺癌的转移和预后不良。

     

    Abstract: Objective To discuss the level of expression of nm23, a metastasis suppressing gene and TGFβ 1 gene in human non small cell lung cancer, as well as its clinical and pathological correlation. Methods We investigated, at the level of protein synthesis the expression of the metastasis suppressing gene nm23 and TGF β 1 gene in the tissues of 83 human NSCLC specimens, by means of immunohistochemistry.
