nm23和TGFβ_1在人体非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其临床病理关系的探讨

A Discussion on the Expression of nm23 and TGF β_1 in Human Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer and Its Clinical and Pathological Correlation

摘要: 目的　探讨转移抑制基因nm2 3及转化生长因子 β1基因在人非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)中的表达水平及其临床病理关系。方法　应用免疫组化方法对 83例人非小细胞肺癌组织中转移抑制基因nm2 3及转化生长因子 β1基因表达蛋白水平进行了研究。结果　nm2 3和TGFβ1表达水平与肺癌的TNM分期、细胞分化程度及肺癌的转移有密切关系 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　nm2 3、TGFβ1基因表达水平同时降低, 预示肺癌的转移和预后不良。

Abstract: Objective To discuss the level of expression of nm23, a metastasis suppressing gene and TGFβ 1 gene in human non small cell lung cancer, as well as its clinical and pathological correlation.
