非小细胞肺癌E-Cadherin 表达的免疫组化研究

摘要: 目的　研究E Cad在非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)的表达及其临床意义。方法　应用链霉菌抗生物素蛋白过氧化物酶 (SP)法染色技术测定 6 5例NSCLC组织标本E Cad蛋白的表达水平, 并分析其与病理类型、区域淋巴结转移、肿瘤大小、病理分级及TNM分期之间的关系。结果　E Cad在正常肺组织细胞膜上均清晰染色, 在NSCLC组织中异常表达率为 5 2 .31%, 显著高于正常肺组织 (P <0 .0 1), 且E Cad的表达与肺癌区域淋巴结转移、病理分级及TNM分期有关 (P <0 .0 5 ), 但与肿瘤大小和病理类型无关 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　检测E Cad的表达, 有可能为临床判断NSCLC区域淋巴结转移、病变的发展以及评估预后提供依据。

Abstract: Objective To study the clinical significance of the expression of E-Cadherin(E-Cad) in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Methods By using SP immunohistochemical method with anti-E-Cad monoclonal antibody, we detected the expression of E-Cad protein in 65 cases NSCLC and studied its correlation with histological types, local lymph node metastases, the size of tumor mass, pathological grades and TNM stages.
