大葱油对体内外人胃癌细胞生长的抑制作用

摘要: 目的观察大葱葱白提取物大葱油对人胃癌MGC803细胞的体内外生长抑制作用。方法用MTT,裸鼠移植肿瘤重量测定,DNA指数和平均DNA质量及TUNEL法,观察大葱油对离体培养的MGC803胃癌细胞系和裸鼠皮下移植瘤生长的影响。结果大葱油24h、48h、72h的IC50分别为52μg/ml,38μg/ml,20μg/ml。肿瘤生长抑制率为36.07%。实验组肿瘤DNA指数和平均DNA质量下降。TUNEL测定显示,实验组细胞凋亡率为(15.23±1.82)%,对照组为(2.77±0.62)%,差异有显著性。结论大葱油对体内外人胃癌细胞的生长具有抑制作用,其机制可能与其抑制肿瘤细胞增殖和诱导细胞凋亡有关。Abstract: Objective To observe the inhibitory effect of Allium Fistulosum.L Oil(AFLO) on growth of human gastric carcinoma cells. Methods In vivo and in vitro assays were carried out in the cultured human gastric carcinoma cell line MGC803 transplanted in the nude mice by MTT,neoplasm weight mesurement,tumor DNA index and average DNA contents and TUNEL.
