  • 摘要: 目的研究诱发性大鼠MPM发生、发展的病理形态学改变,认识其演变过程,提高诊断和鉴别诊断水平。方法Wistar大鼠100只作为实验组,右侧胸膜腔闭式染尘法注入石棉纤维混悬液40mg。从诱发注射后3个月开始,每隔1~3个月分批CT扫描,死亡或垂死动物尸体解剖,最后证实实验组MPM66只。结果30天以内为单层增生期,30天以后出现复层增生,110天出现多形性增生,285天产生MPM。镜下三种组织类型。另见细胞形态多样改变,35例免疫组化33例EMA及Vim阳性。结论间皮细胞在不同时期出现不同的增生性改变,并在致癌因素作用下发展为癌前增生性病变,最后演变成MPM。间皮细胞具有双向分化特征,构成了组织学类型的复杂性和特有的免疫组化特点。这种特点不仅在阐明肿瘤的组织发生上有理论意义,且有临床实用价值,可用于诊断和鉴别。

     

    Abstract: Objective To understand the pathological features of induced MPM from rats and to uncover its development course and biological characteristic. Methods 100 Wistar rats were injected the suspension into the closed right chest cavity.Rats were dissected immediate after CT examination in different periods.There were 66 cases of MPM for two years.
