中心静脉导管引流胸腔积液并注入博来霉素治疗癌性胸水疗效观察

The Therapeutic Effect of Injecting Bleomycin after Retaining the Central Venous Catheter in Thorax for Draining Cancerous Hydrothorax

摘要: 目的评价中心静脉导管引流胸腔积液并注入博来霉素治疗癌性胸水的疗效。方法对癌性胸水39例均使用中心静脉导管引流,使胸水流尽后,观察组20例以博来霉素45~60mg注入胸腔;对照组19例用顺铂60mg注入胸腔。结果观察组CR13例、PR4例、NC3例;对照组CR3例、PR7例、NC9例;有效率观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组除有发热外骨髓抑制程度和胃肠道反应较对照组明显减轻。结论胸腔内灌注博来霉素治疗癌性胸水效果显著,毒副反应轻微。

Abstract: Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of injecting Bleomycin (BLM) after retaining the central venous catheter in thorax for draining Cancerous Hydrothorax.
