中药硇砂提取液裸小鼠肿瘤内注射治疗肝癌的实验研究

An experimental study of Chinese traditional medicine Sal-Ammoniae extract liquid by intra-tumor injection to treat liver cancer on naked mice

摘要: 目的　通过对矿物中药硇砂成份分析和有效提取, 制备出A、N和Z剂进行动物肝癌治疗研究。方法　体外以人 772 1肝癌细胞系进行不同药物成份及浓度杀癌细胞效果评价 ;体内用裸小鼠 772 1肝癌模型肿瘤内注射治疗效果观察。结果　体外与抗癌药物表阿霉素、无水乙醇及冰醋酸等比较, 所筛选有效成分均优于或相当于对照, 且与药物浓度相关。体内实验可使肿瘤体积显著缩小, 直至瘤块坏死吸收消失。结论　抗肿瘤药硇砂有效成分提取剂在肝癌动物模型治疗上, 效果优于无水乙醇, 是肝癌局部治疗一种可供选择方法。

Abstract: Objective By means of component analysis and valid extraction of Chinese traditional anti-tumor mineral drug Sal-Ammoniae, we prepared A?N and Z agents to offer a remedy to liver cancer by intra-tumor injection .
